PROJECT OVERVIEW

Global Legacy Village Phase 1 is a large-scale, mixed-use residential development proposed for a 200+ acre site in Tallahassee, Florida. There are over 70,000 college students (Florida State University, Florida A&M University, and Tallahassee State College) within less than 10 – 15 minutes from the subject property, and less than 10 minutes from the 1,000 employee Amazon fulfillment center and 1,000 employee FedEx distribution center. There is a significant demand for student housing, workforce housing, and senior housing in the market. The project includes a 600-unit, 1,900-student housing/workforce roommate style apartment community with a 500-unit rental Independent Senior Living facility.
